Lime Ice Cream

2 cups milk

1 cup sugar

1/3 cup fresh lime juice

1 cup whipping cream

Green food coloring

1. Heat milk and sugar in saucepan until sugar is dissolved and mixture reaches 175 degrees. Let cool to room temperature completely.

2. Add in lime juice and cream and desired amount of food coloring.

3. Mix in ice cream mixer according to directions.
